My delicious Ghorayibah Cookies!


Only 3 ingredients and I guarantee you’ll love them! They are my favorite, and they literally melt in your mouth.

Ghorayibah


Preheat oven: 325 degrees

Ingredients:

4 Cups All Purpose Flour

2 1/4 Cups of Ghee or Clarified Butter

1 Cup powdered sugar


First mix the Sugar and Clarified Butter together until it’s fluffy and well combined.


Then slowly add flour, and incorporate well. Knead until just combined.


Next, measure out dough balls and push down lightly with a pistachio in the middle.

Put in oven for about 15 minutes (every oven is different, watch the closely because they burn quickly- bake until bottom is slightly golden)


These cookies are extremely delicate - DO NOT touch them until they are completely cooled.
