Quick, easy, & delicious!


I’m officially adding these to my meal prep rotation!


Meat Pies


260 Calories Each


Preheat oven: 400 Degrees


Ingredients:


12 Frozen Rhodes Dinner Rolls

1 pound of ground beef

1 medium red or yellow onion

1/3 Red bell pepper

1/3 Yellow bell pepper

1/2 Serrano pepper (optional)

1 Roma Tomato

1/2 Bunch of Chives

1 tsp Red Chili Powder

1 Tbs All Spice

1 Tbs Garlic Salt

1 Tbs Paprika

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1 Tbs tomato paste mixed with 1 tsp EVOO

2 Tbs EVOO for your fingers to flatten the dough once thawed


Thaw dough

Finely chop all if the vegetables listed.


First sauté the onions until golden, then add the ground beef.


Once the ground beef starts to brown add all of the spices listed above and mix.


Next add all of the chopped veggies and tomatoes paste mixture and fold in until well combined.


Put stove on low and cover the lid until the veggies cook down a bit.


Next remove from stove and begin to work on dough.


Dip your fingers in olive oil and spread out the dough ball until it makes a very thin flat circle.


Add the meat mixture and bake until dough is golden!


So delicious and easy!

It takes less than 30 minutes once the dough has thawed 😍
