Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes

Easy Pineapple Upsidedown Cake

Preheat oven: 350 Degrees⁣

Ingredients:⁣

One box yellow cake mix⁣

One box vanilla pudding mix ⁣3.4 oz

4 eggs ⁣

1 tsp Vanilla Extract⁣

1/2 cup water ⁣

1/2 cup of the pineapple juice from the pineapple rings can ⁣

1/2 cup Vegetable oil ⁣

2 cans of pineapple rings⁣

Jar of Maraschino cherries ⁣

For brown sugar sauce ⁣

1 cup of brown sugar ⁣

Dash of cinnamon ⁣

1/2 cup melted butter ⁣

Mixed in a skillet ⁣

1. First melt butter and add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well, and set aside. ⁣

2. Next, add cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vanilla, oil, water, pineapple juice, to a bowl and mix well. ⁣

3. Line a greased cake pan or cupcake tray with the brown sugar mixture. Next add pineapple rings or bits and cherries on top of the brown sugar mixture. ⁣

4. Evenly distribute cake mix batter on top of that. ⁣

5. Bake on 350 from about 25 minutes (make sure it’s baked through, every oven is different) ⁣

6. Flip and serve 😍 ⁣


This recipe makes 1 pineapple upside down cake or 24 minis!
